This is horrible i think now a days you should actually have to have a proper license for your animal like a car licence or passport its awful the things that happen to these dogs really upsets me

yeah it really upsets me too..when I look down at Jethro snoring in his basket...safe and warm..not a worry in the world.....
trust me this sort of thing happens over here too.. and the law here is a big joke too !!

I will never understand why some get dogs to throw away later they must have no morals if I just left one of mine in a rescue shelter I swear I would never sleep again for worry Id be broken hearted
