Re: poop? worried.
Mix a bit of scrambled egg in with her food (let it cool first) and see if that helps. That's what I've always done whenever any of my dogs have had the runs and it usually sorts them out (as the vets have said she's okay otherwise).

Re: poop? worried.
Just seen that she's 5 months old. Puppy milk is probably going to be far too rich for her at that age, I'd start weaning her onto water as soon as possible as the puppy milk probably isn't helping matters.

She was hand reared from 3days old on the puppy milk and vet said to give her some when off food so we went bought some we weaned her straight onto water when we got her home.

Ah ok. I wouldn't use it though - personal preference. A healthy dog won't starve themselves, they may miss a few meals but if there's no underlying reason as to why they're not eating, they'll eat when they're ready.
Are you just leaving the food down for her to eat or are you taking it back after a short time (about 15 minutes)? Whenever my boy doesn't eat, I always pick his bowl up and cover it, then try him again a couple of hours later. If his food's left down, he'll tend to just have a bit now and then, which isn't ideal (although normally he'll eat it all in seconds )

Re: poop? worried.
I would try some bland meals for a couple of days, some boiled chicken and rice, since the vets have ruled out anything sinister just make sure she drinking enough water so she doesn't dehydrate

Do you have some natural yogurt you could give to help settle the tummy? Just a teaspoon or two should be just fine also charcoal biscuits may help.

Re: poop? worried.
Also, at her age it wouldn't hurt her to go without food for 24 hours, then on to boiled chicken or fish for a couple of days.
It sounds like she has a tummy bug, which they all seem to get from time to time. Make sure she's drinking plenty of water because she'll dehydrate if she has the runs.
If you can get hold of some, Kaogel is great for settling stomachs!
