Ronnie has well and truley become one of the family in only 1 week..
Love him to bits and so does Barney,
Only problem we have is he has dicovered he can pick up the water bowl and empty it out... then when he bangs it down it makes a cool noise, Sad

My kitchen floor is very clean, and a new ceramic bowl is gonna be brought tomorrow Laughing

Glad to hear he's settling in Laughing

I've seen a dog smash their ceramic bowl when trying to play with it when i worked in kennels, ended with blood and poorly paws! A raised dog feeder is another option?

Lily smashed 3 fancy dog bowls because she flings them when they are empty or she is still hungry >Smile She has a metal food bowl now but it makes an awful clang when she chucks it Laughing

Happy to hear you have all settled in so well Smile

Chiquito likes to do the same with his bowl ... so I got him a ceramic one thinking it would be too heavy which I ended up taking off him because he was lifting it up rolling it around as well doh Have found that a plastic water bowl with a wide rounded edge and non slip base has worked well .. has a lot more trouble picking it up and doesn't make the desired noise when it is clunked around

The stainless steel bowls with a base wider than the rim are much more stable and difficult to pick up.
