Jenny has spent all night on this , little flatter than expected but we couldn't decide what to put in when we didn't have "Baking Powder" sure the kids won't mind Smile

Just kicked Tommy out of my room , heard extended lapping (like thirsty dog at the water bowl licking) and assumed Tommy was drinking to turn round and see him giving Till's ear a good going over , poor Tilly was just laid there taking it

Well done Jenny the cake looks great.

If the recipe specified using plain flour and baking powder and you dont have the baking powder, substitute the plain flour for self raising. Hope that makes sense although a little late now oooppss!
