It's really easy

Blend together liver (I used chicken liver); a couple of eggs and enough flour to make a cake consistency, stick it in a cake tin and bake until set (I use a convection oven so it baked for about 25 min at 200 degrees C).
I "iced" it with low fat, plain cream cheese and decorated with viennas and yoghurt drop treats   They'll love it.

Both Oz and Vinnie are very welcome to a piece
