Old problem back again!
Oh my god I have just sneezed and heard something crack in my chest bone! I am now in agony and cant hardly move. I have had it happen so many times and know now it will take forever to heal. So having a big glass of wine and pain killers!

Wow, that sounds horrible do you know what it is, can doctors not help if it keeps happening? Hope it heals quickly for you.

All the docs say is take pain killers and rest! A bit difficult when I am doing hair as am using my arms and it hurts to lift them up. I think I done it when I was collecting wood for the fiire and carrying the bags I just didnt think! And to think I used to be so supple and fit old age dont come alone!

I think it is in my sternum and it sounds like a cracking or ripping sound but its so loud even me OH heard it. I will prob not have much sleep as it hurts to turn and cant get comfy. I have had it so many times you think I would be used to it!MatLogan wrote:Excuse my ignorance, what was the crack? Sounds painful.

I thought I had punctured my lung, couldn't breathe properly because it was too painful. Bending forward was agony. Doc said it was chest wall muscle had ripped, I said but I haven't done anything, doc said sneezing or coughing could do it. You have my sympathy Inez I know how much that hurts

Re: Old problem back again!
Not too bad Saz have took more pain killers and went to do a funeral sounds awful but I take peoples names a reporter is the posh name for it! I sneezed and it happened again though it didnt leave me in as much pain as last nite. Its when I sit down later and it all seems to stiffen up. More wine me thinks!Sazzle wrote:How is it feeling today hun?
