Oh my god I have just sneezed and heard something crack in my chest bone! I am now in agony and cant hardly move. I have had it happen so many times and know now it will take forever to heal. So having a big glass of wine and pain killers! Sad

All the docs say is take pain killers and rest! A bit difficult when I am doing hair as am using my arms and it hurts to lift them up. I think I done it when I was collecting wood for the fiire and carrying the bags I just didnt think! And to think I used to be so supple and fit old age dont come alone! Big Grin

Not too bad Saz have took more pain killers and went to do a funeral sounds awful but I take peoples names a reporter is the posh name for it! I sneezed and it happened again though it didnt leave me in as much pain as last nite. Its when I sit down later and it all seems to stiffen up. More wine me thinks! Laughing
