Which ingredients list
Of the two of these ingredients lists which would you choose to feed your dog?

Generally speaking Supermarket brands are rubbish , full of E numbers that you wouldnt want to give . I feed a brand called Wainwrights in the UK is the home brand of a big chain of Pet stores (Pets at Home) and is acknowledeged as a really good mid range food
Just to give you an idea on contents , you also want to know %'s , just because its in there doesn't mean a lot until you know how much of it
This is Wainrights Turkey and Rice
Made from high quality ingredients, including a minimum of 26% Turkey and 40% brown rice; Wainwright's Adult Complete Dog Food is infused with:
Essential Dietary Fibre - to maintain a healthy digestive system;
Highly Digestible Carbohydrates - brown rice is gentle on your dog's stomach and full of goodness;
Natural Protein - to help support and maintain muscle growth and development;
Omega 3 and 6 Fatty Acids - for a healthy, shiny coat;
Beta Carotene - a source of Vitamin A, benefiting your dog's eyes and skin;
Natural Trace Elements - derived from seaweed.
Ingredient(s):
Turkey Meat Meal (min. 26%), Rice (min. 40%), Whole Grain Barley (min. 10%), Potato Protein, Refined Poultry Oil, Whole Linseed (min. 4%), Sugar Beet Pulp (min. 4%), Low Allergen Poultry Digest as Gravy, Alfalfa, Monosodium Phosphate (min. 1%), Natural Seawood (min. 0.5%), Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Methionine, Marigold Extract, Yucca Extract, Rosemary Extract.

Re: Which ingredients list
I probably wouldn't go for either of them because neither give you the percentage of meat content & both have poor quality meat as the first ingredient (meat meal).
Have you looked at food such as Wainwrights?

Re: Which ingredients list
Yes, of course - I forgot that.
Maybe one of our other Australian members can point you to a food they use.

Re: Which ingredients list
If I had to choose out of them two, I'd choose the first one.
