Re: sense from a teenage killing
I only saw bits & pieces of it as I was in & out of the room.
It was quite thought-provoking, and very sad, almost disturbing.

I know. What makes kids so violent? What makes them so blind to the value of life? Questions I'm not qualified to answer, I know that. I just wish all these so-called experts could come up with something.

and it's only took like 10 years to get like this & i bet it will take triple or more to fix the problem,
i think it's down to many people are having upwanted kids & they just not bring them up right because of drug, alcohol addiction and we not tuff enough on wannabes and kids are looking at them as heros

You got a point there. There's also a drink culture in very young kids, some as young as 10 or 11, drinking alcohol regularly. Not good.

Re: sense from a teenage killing
But that's the trouble, they (the social services) do absolutely nothing.

I know the social services are a disgrace, i was watching something yesturday where a school i think up north somewhere are getting soldiers into the classes & making the kid line up like soldiers that maybe a part answer to the problem.

Makes you wonder what kind of world we live in! I consider myself young at 19, and its kids even younger than me!
A lot of people round my area have the same wannabe attitude. I think its a combination of drugs/alcohol, lack of police, no ambitions, no jobs. and its only gunna get worse, think of all the teenagers gettin pregnant nowadays. I was a bit of a rat bag when i was younger (13/17) but i grew out of it grew up, unlike most.
Out of all the people in my year at school, um one of about 10 that went to uni, most of the girls are pregnant, and most of the boys are on job seakers.

we will never stop gangsters wannabes but we could get most of the kids under control, by withdrawing from the human rights act, opening more prisons or making the ones around already alot bigger and more prison like (they aren't meant to be like hotels). bring out the 3 strike rules any type of crime then you are in prison for life, and similar to in schools, but they get to sent to boot camps and after, when kids leave school if they dont goto collage or uni if they haven't sorted anything in 3/4 months they should get called up for national service for 2/3 years.

I completely agree man, As a country were waaaaay to soft on people. You can stab sumone nowadays and get out in 3 years for good behavior. And the amount of people that get out and re-offend, over and over again. Thers only so many chances you can give sumone before its obvious their not goin to change. I think we should bring back harsher punishments, give criminals something to fear. I see why people break the law when its so easy to get away with it.
