my hands are killing me

i had to have a rest from bike riding today i think i may have Carpel Tunnel , i'm going to doctors about it on monday

my hands been like this for a month or so now i just cant coup with it anymore it feel like i got pins and needles in both hands 24/7 and when i touch something cold or hot they hurt i was talking to uncle the other day and he think its this Carpel Tunnel he had it in his right hand.

i wanted strawberry pear cider i went to buy some this afternoon and they was all gone so i got some red stripe instead

Oh love, you gotta get it checked out, still not sure what it is but sounds painfull. If its gonna stop your cycling then do something, and if you have had it for a month then hurry! (sound like your mother lol!!) Am a cider lover too, ut always have blacurrent in it!! XxX

My Mrs has Carpel Tunnel Steve. She had an operation about 8 months on her wrist to release the nerve.
She had the same.......felt like her hand was on fire and would go numb (pins and needles type) all the time.
Go your doctors they will send you for tests.
They send small electric shocks in different parts of your hands and they can tell by how the nerves respond if you have damage to them. Mrs said the tests weren't that bad so nothing to be worrying about
But you need to go the doctors as its one of them test on test things that ends up taking months before anything gets done about it
