Hiya and welcome. Fantastic on rescuing another Stafford in a forever home Big Grin

A lot of people on here feed raw which I have heard is amazing. Mines on Royal Canin, she was a rescue too, not thin but had digestive problems and I swear by the brand Smile

Hi & welcome! What a lovely thing to do, rescuing a pup!

I'd agree with that. If you spread the food out, he'll digest it easier & make use of it better.

You haven't said how you want to feed your dog - dry, raw, fresh cooked etc. If your pup is healthy but just a little underweight, then tripe is a good food to bulk them up. You can give it raw or cooked & you can get it in blocks of mince from Pets at Home - very cheap, very nourishing (contains several important minerals & fats) & most dogs love it!
