Me too, that was almost 13 weeks ago!!! I can't believe he's been here over 3 months. Time sure does fly!

We made it home! He has had an hour of bouncing round the house and is currently passed out in the sofa! (start as we mean to go on) He has everyone trying to stroke him......pics will follow very soon

Thanks everyone.....he is definately being spoilt! Our boys are so excited, well we all are!

We are trying to get him into a routine, but the first 24hrs summed up goes like this........

Got him home, played, slept, ate, toilet, played, wee, slept, played, wee, played, ate, toilet, slept.....you get the idea!

Points to note, he cried a lot last night, well all night mostly! at wits end

We were very tough and left him to it, just making sure he wasn't in any physical pain.
He managed to go to the toilet on the paper about 30% of the time Smile

Note to self......don't pick him up when he is pooing - it will go all over the kitchen! silly

When he has done a poo, don't walk off to get the cleaning stuff leaving 'poo' and 'culprit' alone together - he will walk in it and then play chase with himself all round the front room and dining room rolling on the floor

(I'm glad we haven't started our building work yet!)

He is taking himself to his crate to sleep, and seems to know that's his little domain Smile

He does the normal puppy thing of pouncing like a drunk uncoordinated hippo at anything that is on the floor - the boys have named this the 'verge emerge' (like off of Harry Hill TV Burp!) Give him a few months and I'm sure it will become the 'bush push' (If you don't watch TV Burp you will have noidea what I am talking about!)

Overall we are loving having a puppy in the house again, and looking forward to more doggy tales Smile

sounds like fun. billy cried for about 3 nights, we did not go and see him as we knew he was ok, just missing his other family, then it stopped.

Did you turn the lights out? We have left him in his crate with the door open and he has a pen to run round in, also has some paper, and all his toys. We have agreed not to go down to him tonight.

We were so lucky with Bugsy - he didn't make a sound from the very first night, he settled beautifully! Sparks seems a little bit more lively (or we had forgotten the joys of puppy ownership!)
