Crazy dog lol

Today while on the lead walking back home, there was no one no dogs no animals no cars nothing in front of him, he was walking fine next to me very calm and out of no where he jumped and pulled me, I looked around to see if there was a cat or a dog but nothing there was nothing there lol.
He's also been getting on his back and fight with himself like he's trying to bite his feet lol
