Crazy dog

When my dog is excited, i freeze for a few seconds and then move suddenly which makes her go crazy! is this natural? She is a 10 year old female staff...

I hide behind trees and Moo goes loopy, or freeze and say 'gonna get ya' and yes she goes loopy

My old poodle used to do this. My staff is too intellectual, she looks at me as if "..............what are you doing, weirdo"

Yes, but Loki uses any excuse to go mad I walk up to him slowly and stamp my feet and he basically starts skipping, the weirdo

Yup! It's often what dogs do when they play with each other too!

Rocky loves to do this too, he will jump and then run around like a loon

Tilly goes loopy if I walk up to her like I'm a Zombie , Tommy is just nuts anyway

haha we have a what we call a 'mad ten mins' in our house. if we been playing with tyke and all of a sudden he will start going mad, running from one spot to the other. Our son finds it hilarious

Same as my girl! Her favorite game is tag! If anyone saw me running round a field saying I'm gonna get ya they'd think I was crazy as you can't see her over the hedges
