Not collecting my puppy til Saturday

Hello all

My hubby and 2 kids (10 and 12) are eagerly awaiting the arrival of my 7.5 week old bitch this weekend. I wondered if anyone could advise me on anything I may have overlooked when bringing Luna home?

I do have a crate, beds, toys, stair gate, food etc but am asking if other owners have found things that have really helped with a new pup. I've had an English Bull Terrier and a Leonburger in the past (both dogs) but am new to Staffy's.

Plus I have 2 house rabbits that I thought I may just leave out when she first arrives? Any thoughts would be most gratefully appreciated!

Aww new pup, sounds as though you have everything well prepared! Just don't leave the pup and bunny alone together!!

Was a little scared to have the buns in the house at all but they have no choice but to live together.............. thankfully the buns are caged when there's no supervision. (they are more destructive than any dog I've met!)

We collect our puppy on Monday (8 week old boy!), we can't wait bet you're the same!

It's so exciting when getting a puppy, I remember brining my boy home in December, and the wait beforehand, like it was yesterday.
