Different barks
I never knew dogs had different barks for different occasions Charlie gives a quick high one when he wants something you are cutting up...feed me! More a teeth snapping, showing his top teeth bark when he wants you to play. And a very deep bark if he's scared of something...discovered this at a box he didn't like!! I'm sure we'll hear more in time

Re: Different barks
Different barks and different cries. Loki has about 50 different noises he makes, 99% of them all used for attention-seeking they're so funny.

Re: Different barks
I've noticed this with Marley but haven't learned what each one of them means other then the one when she wants me to play with her.

On a serious note, be careful of playing when she barks for attention as this reinforces a behaviour you may not want to encourage. Better that you initiate play times.
