Off his food

Hi guys,
Could really do with your help, for the past four weeks Bruno has been being sick twice a week. He was at the vets on monday as he has a skin irritation. I mentioned that he was being sick and they said they needed to sort his skin before they could find out why he was being sick. They gave him antibiotics, piriton and a skin wash. I'm back on monday with him. I have split his food in 100g per meal and give it to him 3 times a day, but he once again brought it back up. Don't know what to do or try next. My plan was to try and change his diet from jwb to another dry food. As he gets very ill off bones and refuses to touch raw bones. Any advice would be great. He is 18 months old and up to date with his injections. Getting worried now though. Thank you

Does he eat anything he shouldn't when he is on his walks? Do you give him milk? Lola is sick a couple of times a week but it is usually after she has eaten something disgusting like cat poo. she can also be sick if she has milk.

What type of bones are you feeding ? Are they cooked ?

Have you tried a fish based hypoallergenic food?

Got uncooked bone from the butchers. He got a really bad stomach off it and since then won't touch them. Waiting on some samples coming from fish4dogs to try and introduce that into his diet if he takes to it ok.

Fish4dogs have recently changed their feed composition, some have had issues with it others not, it has caused some dogs to have diarrhea. Just keep a close eye on his stools and make sure they are not too loose.

James Welbeloved also do a fish variety, which is hypoallergenic, if he doesn't get on with the Fish4dogs.

tried him on the james wellbeloved fish, he ate it for a few weeks then turned his nose up at it. Trying putting his bowl on a box so he's not straining his neck. But he just can't be bothered with anything. Arden grange was another food I was thinking of trying. Has anyone tried this one?

Sounds like super sensitive tummy.
Fish based hypoallergenic food is a great suggestion.
Wainwrights (pets at home) is a good food for sensitive dogs.

Other than that I'd prolly cut out all treats or sneaky titbits so u can potentially rule out something else upsetting him.

Other things to consider would be his general surroundings at home in the garden, toxic plants/trees/bulbs etc.
