The joys of a sick dog
I've been up since 5.30 with Molly, she's got an upset stomach bless her. She threw up her food from yesterday this morning and has had quite bad diarrhoea, hopefully it's nothing serious as we're supposed to be going away on Wednesday with her up to my parents.
She woke me up at 5.30, so I took her outside after she wouldn't go back to sleep, then she spent about half an hour half asleep, half whining, then she seemed to get really scared and panicky, she was panting really heavily. We went downstairs, mainly so Leaim could get more sleep, but she made a beeline for the door, so I let her out, and yeah, lovely dodgy guts, then she decided to go past the laminate flooring and throw up on the carpet in the kitchen! She had some pork fat yesterday after our roast, that was in her vomit, so I wonder if that's what upset her stomach. She seems okay though thankfully.
Unlike me, who has had like 3-4 hours sleep.

Awww poor thing.
Yep i would say it was the pork fat.... when holly has a bone with to much fatty meat on it you can bet she will have the runs... i have stopped giving her bones for the time being as she doesnt know when to stop...
I hope Molly feels better and you get some sleep... just like babies arent they bless them xx

How is Molly now?
Pork is the meat that disagrees with most dogs. If I feed Blue a small piece of bacon he throws his guts up. Have you tried Molly on pork before?
Keep an eye on her heavy breahing. Her stomach is probably a bit poorly from being sick and causing her to breath heavier.
I hope she's better soon, poor thing

She's had pork fat before, but I noticed she hadn't really chewed it up much.
She seems a lot happier now, bouncing around the garden and chasing after the cat.
She's really tired though, but that could be the lack of sleep. We'll just have to wait and see.

I don't care so long as she is better for Wed, I aint travelling with a sick dog!
She's just filled her face with her mince, so she must be feeling ok, and she ate some toast this morning for breakfast.
