Apologies for the picture quality, but no way was I taking the good camera out in that weather. 70 mph winds + rain.
Don't know who was most reluctant to walk tonight, Bacchus or me. As you can see he kept taking shelter behind tussocks of grass.

Afraid I wouldn't be able to take Bacchus to the pub yet. My arm would be hanging off with him trying to go to all and sundry for spoiling and, as you know, not everyone appreciates dogs, not even puppies.

I was a little on edge as Tommy can quite often decide to be a bit growly when in close company with a dog he doesn't know and we had to go into a smallish room and walk past a spaniel lurking in the doorway nail biting anyway a little distraction and we survived ok

Ah lovely Bacchus!

I think a LOT of us have Staffs that hate this weather, I know Kuchar does. He wants to go for a walk and I take him, but if on the walk he shows that he is hating the wet, (and I will be too you bet) I take him the shortest way home, even if he hasn't had as long a walk as normal. This happened tonight, and instead of pestering me as normal of an evening behold! he has gone to sleep! Maybe there IS an upside on bad weather after all?

Yes he is growing fast. His regular collar was soaked so I went to put his original collar on which used to be far too big and it had to go in the last hole Surprised Surprised
