Introducing my AmStaff Danger

Hello everybody,

My name is Debsie, a 34 year old mom from Holland. I have a son who's almost 7 years.

I got my AmStaff Danger last Saturday. I grew up with dogs, but this is the first dog that's truly mine. He's a neutered male and 14 months old. His colors are brown tanned. My son is crazy about him en he is crazy about my son.

It's a rescued dog, he lived before he came to us in 6 different houses and he was send back every time because he did his needs in the house when he was alone. I rearranged my hallway and changed all the door handles so he cant open them. And in 3 days time he doesn't bark or does his needs in the house anymore. He also pulled very hard on the leash and this is also in the past. He even stays running next to me. All of this was learned in only one week time. He is very curious and wants to learn so much, so I really think the others didn't make the time or just gave up on him. And I think that's sad because he's such a wonderful dog!

Thank you Gazagem! I think that is all he needed, to know he would not be send back again, because his behavior has changed so fast and he's the sweetest dog ever!

I'm new and from Holland so I realy need to look a bit closer to how things work around here but in time I will find out

Thank you for your apply as well. They truly are already best friends and I'm glad they are because this was the one thing I didn't know about him, if he was good with kids. Later on I found out he was accustomed to a girl about the same age as my son. He even listens to my son when he warns him.

I'm a person who doesn't give up so easely so it was more his luck than mine I think I'm very happy with him. When I find out were to put the pictures and how I'm sure to post some more! Thank you again!

Thanks for the compliments. And yes, I think its amazing to how quickly they became friends When my son is at home, Danger allways wanna lay next to him or on top of him heheheh! My son then warns him to lay beside him.

I will keep you all up to date about his progress. I'm proud of Danger that he learns everything so fast! He's just a great dog!!
