Next door's banging

Not sure what's going on next door - it's been power saws and hammers all day.
Woman lives on her own - no tradesmen's vans on the drive.
Maybe she's been watching those DIY programmes.

MAYBE she's doing it herself? Some of us lone women have to!

Other people's house renovations can be intrusive, hope it doesn't go on too long Keith.

i can remember i had a next door who used to bang everyday andd you could heard it down the road

I'll be doing the special wall knock at 10pm.

Banging is preferable to have to listen to.
Rumpy noises are just embarrassing - 15 seconds of a lion roaring next door, then deathly silence.

My neighbours are horrendous. Their kids are constantly screaming, then the mum screams at the kids, then the dad screams at the mum. And if they're not doing that, they're also doing work on their house. All this while I'm trying to sleep (I sleep in naps during the day and night). Terrible...just terrible and they had the audacity to bang on the wall when Loki was barking.

Did the banging stop in the end? :-)

I feel for ya mate ... havent had neighours for about 11yrs now and its feckin brill ... just the thaught of havin to put up with other peoples habbits, coming and goings, racket, kids etc stress's me out now

Then again, perhaps she's knockin up a DIY slave dungen in the spare room ... and you'll get a gimp mask accidentally dropped over the fence with an invite !?!? >

I HATE noisy neighbors with a passion.We used to live next door to a pair of * and they literally ruined 2 years of my life,before we finally got moved to where we are now.Touch wood,we have had nothing bad since.Apart from the other night,when my neighbor had turned his tv up mega loud.So i thumped the wall and it went down straightway
