new staffy mommy.. advice please

hi everyone, iv just got our first ever staffy pup and he is 10weeks old, would love some tips on the toilet training and also on the general do's and donts for us as a family. many thanks x

What are you doing at the moment for toilet training? Do you have a crate for your dog?

Take him out every 30 or so minutes, and immediately after playing, eating or waking up. Stay there with him until he does something, and then give him lots of praise, make him feel like the best puppy ever . When you catch him doing something in the house, just pick him up and put him outside and praise him when he continues outside. Also, if he starts sniffing about a lot or walking in circles, it's probably a sign he's close to doing something.
