Claw turned white?
One of Buster's claws on his front pads have turned white. What can the reason for this be. He is only 3, it doesn't seem to be bothering him, should we worry?

No not really their nails can change colour i think its caused by pigment changes

Re: Claw turned white?
Rocky also has some white claws despite the fact his coat is mainly black. He has one white sock (cant find the other one ) and small white markings on the other foot.

Re: Claw turned white?
Hmmm.
IMO, it's either age related - where pigment is less produced resulting in greyish color (but he's only 3)
Or
Diet related. Some kind if deficiency ?
My girl has 3 White nails (since birth but has White hsir on the paws in question)
I'd get him checked out.

Re: Claw turned white?
Thank you everyone. His diet is very good, we only feed him Burns dry food with Olive Oil and sometimes Cottage Cheese or Beans to wet it a little.
