Just keep your fingers crossed it keeps coming out that end and you're ok , very common in staffs , have to say our old BC never really burped much . I assume she is eating her food at a reasonable pace ?? I haven't done it personally but if she eats too fast she may get extra wind and seen a tip on here to put a tennis ball in the bowl so she has to eat around it and slow down a bit

Yeah, Bacchus does this too, usually in your face when he's being spoiled, but Dave's right, much better than the alternative.

Re: puppy burps
Tilly would jump off the bed in the middle of the night , take a big drink of water , jump back up , belch in your face then turn round settle and go to sleep as if to say "job done"

Thought that was just Bacchus
First thing in the morning when I open his crate I've got to sit on the floor with my back to the wall before he will come out. He then climbs on to my knee and makes the moaning noises while dishing out kisses.
The OH says he's spoiled.

Re: puppy burps
Debo does the burp as well. After every meal he will come to me,burp like he wants to say " Thank you for my lovely dinner" and walks away.

Re: puppy burps
Cassie inhales her breakfast then she treats us to a concert of bodily noises all day long out of the kindness of her heart (or should that be kindness of her FART? ) but evening meal is a bit tougher and slower to eat but we do get the burps in the face. My mum used to say a burp was a sign of enjoying your tea, but she never smelt Cassies in ya face breath after a rack of ribs

Re: puppy burps
if she wolfs it, she jumps up on the sofa, lays down and belches, I wouldn't call it a burp!
