Eye Issue?
Hi all,
My Staffy Yoda has developed a very small pimple or similar growth on his lower eyelid.
Its very small & I have been watching it for a week or two & it doesnt appear to have grown or changed.
Im a bit concerned & obviously dont want him to have eye problems so was wondering is anyone familiar with this sort of thing & might know what it is? Its right on the edge & sort of would be rubbing on his eyeball maybe Im not sure.
Or at least is it something I should be worried about & go see the vet or would I be wasting my money?

Re: Eye Issue?
This is exactly what happened with my girl just a few weeks ago... She
I took her to the vet, they said it was a stye and to bathe it with a warm wet facewasher.. That seemed to work, at least it looked like it, but then her eye became very sore and swollen a week later, The stye had grown inwards and burst Her eye, ear and throat were all infected by it.. So my advice is take her to the vet, if they tell you to just bathe it, insist on a course of antibiotics.. You can never be to careful with eyes.

I would say go to the vet with something like this anyway as eyes are very precious but also by Kat's experience here just compounds it

Re: Eye Issue?
Any problems with eyes and I would also recommend a visit to the vet, you cannot be too careful with eyes.
