Hi all

Just an update on my baby girl, she had her op on Monday and she has bounced back fine bless her , my vets done a really good job her scar is fine and really little, they must of glued it cos she has no stitches, shes eating weeing and pooing lovely lol, I have just come back with both dogs from over the park and let her off theu loved it, so do I cos they are both snoring now .............

Also we went out for a couple of hours and left her and guess what no damage to the front room wot so ever so happy

Well done Bella, you are doing great >< I think the stitches may have been internal ones which would not be visible (but I may have got that wrong).

Just a little note, superglue was originally developed to be used in surgery instead of stitching

Great to see she is ok but are you sure she is alright to be off and about at the park, when Tilly was done it was a 2 week recovery plan

I know Dave but she was only off the lead for 10 mins, I wont do it again I promise mwah xxxx

I sympathise with you and only got her interests at heart , used to get the big eyes off Tilly and it was so difficult, you just have to remember that though they feel fine they are still healing internally , I was told it is basically the doggie equivalent of a hysterectomy, I really don't know if that's a fact but I never questioned it and it certainly made me be see Tilly through with Tough love for a couple of weeks

I know you have hun I will keep her on the lead for the next week, she has another check up on Friday lead walks only xxxxx

We'll have our spies around keeping an eye on you, and if you put 1 foot out of place then there is nothing else for it and she will have to come and live with me for a little while
