another help post for chaos wee/poo walks

as you know hes 19 weeks.. he will wee and poo outside in garden and on puppy pads however when we go for walks he never wees or poos he did from 8 weeks till about 14 weeks then i moved from home now he just doesnt seem to go i always praised him when he did his job on a walk but for some wired reason he has stopped and he hasnt started cocking his leg yet i doesnt seem to leave his mark away from the house?

I've always had girls but I think most of the boys are older than that when they start to raise their leg up.

If you take him out after eating or sleeping he should go pretty quick. If not than just stay out until he does go and than give praise.
