Barking
Hello
My staffy is 18 months old, we have had her from 9 months. I have started taking her training recently and she constantly barks when she is there. As soon as she stops doing something she won't stop barking. She doesn't do this
anywhere else. Any suggestions please.
Thank you
Flo

Re: Barking
Excitement?
I gave up on puppy training classes 7 months ago for many reasons, but one was that he was just frantic to play with the other dogs, to the exclusion of all else, although he didn't bark then. But I bet he would do now.

Re: Barking
Wonder if it's due to socialisation.?
My girl who is 18mths is a lot more kinda dominant/overpowering/controlling among other dogs, whereas my pup 8mths old dosent give a rats backside.
Not a clue how ud go about rectifying it though, I'm sure someone on here will have a good suggestion x

Re: Barking
Definately could be excitement. Try teaching her to bark on command and than work on a quiet command.
