Loki's always pretty quiet when he plays. He hasn't inherited that Staff trait. Though he is vocal when on his own or playing with us

Bandit was very da. But he was always worse with bull breeds. I personally think they can sense that inner 'character' of a bull breed & they react to it.

Henry is the same, especially with other staffies. If he sees another staffy out on walks he goes bananas and wants to play.
At training classes hes the same - at the start of term we were doing a recall exercise. I left him with the trainer holding him, walked away 10 meters then called him - but when the trainer let him go he ran straight passed me, straight past all the other dogs and ran into the new class that had just started to go meet a 8 month old staffy pup
He loves other dogs but is especially exciteable with other staffords, pit bulls, amstaffs and bull terriers - and does his funny chattering noises when he sees them.

Rocky doesn't seem to like Boxer strangely with his name you would have thought he would like them, very odd

Re: Do all staffies do this
Lexi will react to any dog that reacts to her, if they ignore her shes not bothered about them. Ive never met another staffy that has growled at her so she in turn has never growled back lol

Re: Do all staffies do this
I have noticed a slight difference in Dexter when he sees another staffy, the other day he saw a very old girl staff that we bump into sometimes and she only shuffles along bless her, but Dex started bounding puppylike while looking at her as if to say "come on!! Lets run!!!!!" She just sat down all tired
