Has onyone used Zylkene tablet?
Do you know if they have side effects? On the box it says they don't but...We tryed them on Debo in August on our trip to Poland and they were great then. He was fine him self. Yesterday I took Debo to the vet to give us more of those tablets because we're going to Ireland on ferry so we thought that it might help Debo. So I gave him one with his breakfast yesterday and after that his poo was a bit loose and was sick at the park. But I put this one on pulling on the lead really hard. Today I did the same ,mix it with his food and he didn't want to eat it all. I had to put his food into different bowl. Do you think it moght be the tablets or he just picked up something on the walk?
I really don't want to deal with sick dog on the journey.

The think is I'm not sure if it was because the tablets . He had at 10 am and was sick on the walk at 5pm. He was pulling on the lead like mad because he spoted a dog so was thinking it could be that but on the other hand it never happened before.

I wouldn't take the chance. The ferry to Ireland doesn't take that long, does it?

They have to stay in the car ?? I was sure I saw someone with a dog last time I was doing the Holyhead --> Dublin route , which crossing and operator are you using ?? I'm curious now that I might be wrong as we were contemplating a trip over with our 2 possibly next year

Dave ,we're using Stanaline. I've called them today, they confirm that dog has to stay in the car and I might not be able to see him for 3,5hrs. Maybe it's better,he might be worst if we come see him then go again. He's been acting really strange today , can't find his place, can't relax. He didn't finish his supper today. Not sure what's wrong. My OH said he's in love. Yestarday at the park he met his old friend who was on last days of season,he just went mad! Today he was really pulling towards park,it's like 10min walk, didn't let him off the lead today, just didn't trust him. Do you think he can sense her or he knows that something is going to happen?

As far as I'm aware on all ferries once you've left the car deck you don't have any option to go back down until it's entering port as it's all locked off and I have done the ferry a few times , though for Ireland I normally go with Irish Ferries , better times and better ferries
