They are staffy collars MissRogue! If you type in Staffy a&e collars it should come up. They do look really good. I'm gonna get one for Logan when he is fully grown.

Ok,this will be opinionated,but.......I don't like the big brass or studded collars! I like a good fairly big leather collar but only really a plain one!

Re: a +e collars
I prefere the silver studs as i don't like brass, I love studs in general but the studded collars i have for the adults are not for every day if ever actually, the leather has to be quite thick and when its cold it goes quite plasticy and rough on their necks so i have to warm them first by the radiator so their more flexible and comfortable.

We had a studded collar for Bandit, but it was really understated, if you see what I mean, and it was only ever used for shows!

For us, it was just a touch of glamour for the show ring - he never wore it at any other time. With Dempsey I just use a white rope slip lead.

Re: a +e collars
hertfordshire i live next door to a 4000 acre estate so bill has plenty of under growth etc the only problem ive had with these sort of collars is salt water and none near me also had a jack russel untill she was 17 her collar was plain but lasted 10 years. ps a+ e only use the best leather and ive never had any of the brass studs come out not like the crap you get on ebay.

Re: a +e collars
I dont like the silver spike studs that most chavs have on their dogs but I actually quite like these collars. They look good quality too, and not too big or over the top. Might consider getting Charlie one when he's bigger.

Re: a +e collars
we have one as well, i love the way you can order the size and depending on how old your puppy/dog is they will place the holes in the collar for growth.

Re: a +e collars
What age is best to get a leather one ? Bruno had a leather thing from pets at home but it rubbed his fur and you get his skin but we took it off and put a soft collar on

We had a leather collar for Bandit, but it was only used at shows. At home we used a double webbing one with a matching lead.
