How long will our dog be at vets for Neutering
Our dog Bailey is a rescue dog, and so are required to have him neutered, but we were wondering how long he will be at vets, does he have to stay over night!

No, not normally. Should only be a few hours!
He'll come home a bit groggy, but he'll soon recover.

The anesthetics are a lot friendlier these days so he shouldn't feel quite as bad for quite as long. Hope all goes well for your little boy.

As Caryll says its a in , off and out job , he'll be fine but expect some "how dare you" looks for a few days, no experience of it with a staff but with our other dogs and I can't imagine a staff would love you any more for it than a BC

Dex was neutered very recently, dropped him off at 9.30 and picked him up at 4pm, he bounced back quickly was out of sorts with me for a day but soon forgot I had done such a terrible thing to him!
