Re: sunday roast
I've gone off roasts mostly. I only have them for Christmas/Boxing Day. That way I really enjoy it

Re: sunday roast
Wasn't really feeling up to doing one today so gave it a miss. Do usually put in the effort though, as it's just me and hubby and Rocky I usually just do a roast chicken or lamb. I already have my Christmas day lunch in the freezer, a duck this year.
Christmas puddings are already made too

Re: sunday roast
I love roast dinner! We had our friends and their 2 girls up for dinner today. So it was roast lamb (covered in mint sauce and lemon juice and wrapped in foil overnight), roast potatoes, roast carrots, roast parsnips, broccoli, cabbage and sweetcorn. I also made chocolate brownies for afters. It was for 9 of us and we all enjoyed it and were stuffed!

Better make room for 5 more , partial to a bit of lamb but we normally save it for xmas , we get a nice leg directly from the OH Auntie at the farm , I try not to think too hard about the little lamb I was stroking earlier in the year though
