sasha has been on Royal Canin food for a long time now and has always enjoyed it(as long as she has a sardine mixed in with it),well naughty mummy forgot to buy her sardines this week dont tell anyone and now she's refusing to eat her dinner Surprised .well it got me thinking if she enjoys her sardines so much would it just be easier if i changed her food over to fish4dogs?

That might work. I've always just left the food down 10 minutes and than taken it away. None of mine have been fussy eaters though

You can also buy other fish flavoured kibble, I know Barking Heads do one and so do James Welbeloved.

They are not daft are they. I am having some samples coming from fishfordogs for Pixee try as she is a very fussy eater plus certain things have made her sick. At the moment she is on wainwrights trays which so far so good. Just wanted to try the fishfordogs as its highly recommonded. Ask for some samples to be send to you.

Thety send me a mahoosive bag of evrything from puppy stuff to Tilly stuff and treat, they loved it all apart from the sea jerk treats which only Tommy liked so just ordered 12kg Fish4dogs adult finest complete from Chemist Direct for the Tillster, Tommy still had half bag of Wainwrights to get through yet though we may start mixing it up a bit to get it used up by both of them

I have been through this with Lola but she soon stated eating again when she realised her normal food (RC Sensitivity control) was all that was on offer and treats and yoghurt pots would not be forthcoming until proper food was eaten! Took a few days with good advice from peeps on this site about not caving in though and I have a massive bag a barely touched bags of Barking Heads and various JWB kibbles to take to the resuce centre as she got wise to me trying different things to get her to eat and kept walking away in case something better came along!
