This is shadow my sisters dog he's 1 year in these photo's he's a greyhound X border collie and is blimming huge he's taller than me standing on back legs and i'm 5.3
This is Jack the jackdaw i rescued him a few months ago a few days of quiet, crickets and dog food soon got him flying away.

i like shadow i have a real soft spot for greyhounds,lurchers and wippets and the like, there is a few bully wippet crosses where i live funnny looking things they are, like a wippet thats been on steroids.

In Ireland they do a lot of Hound/Staffy crosses for use in hunting. Some of them look really weird.

yeah they work them around here they reckon they can pull deer down very easy.your right some of them do look realy weird and i have seen some where i have thought they looked ok.

Omg years ago we had a jackdaw called jack Found the nest abandoned all but one of the chicks had died,so we took him in.My grandad built a big run up the garden for him to fly in.I remember he used to catch wasps and peel them like grapes He lived in the house mostly.one day he flew upstairs and pooed on my mums bed
