Dry Cleaners - advice sought
I am in the first stages of deciding to set up a dry-cleaners from scratch. Does anybody here own, or work in a dry cleaners? I know it's a long shot - but a mentor would be a great help.

Good on you !!! Market the area before you start if you can secure a few contracts eg football kits uniforms and home delivery eg this will help as you start . The dry cleaning product is very toxic do your homework be safe and have a contingency plan

Thanks Gem, the target area I am thinking about does not have a dry cleaners, I know I have to get clearance from DEFRA and to have licence for using various products and for running a dry cleaning premises. I have seen a great place on the high street to let that would probably be ideal I've identified a manager to headhunt and have business and management experience. But I know nothing about the dry cleaning industry.
