Oh dear i am such a baby.....!!! Dropped my little girl off too be spayed this morning and i am a wreck Sad
So silly i know i have been throught this so many times before, but they are my babies and i hate leaving them in the vets her little face when i left her nearly broke my heart Crying or Very sad
Please wish me well guys as i am one stressed out Mummy just waiting for her little girl too get home.
On a positive note the vet was very happy with her she has goe from 5kilos at 3mnths too 14.5k at 6mnths and he said she is very fit and healthy which has made mum happy Smile xx
Thanks all i am even worst now some may remember i post where i helped a neighbours dog who developed a severe case of demodectic mange, it was awful the poor little thing nearly died lost all its body hair and was covered in red sores and liasons went on for other a year, my ava had some sore bits on the back of her paws looked more like nettle rash no hair loss the vets have just called me as they put her under and are sayng it maybe demodectic mange....!!! I am in bits she has a beautiful coat i can,t believe my gorgeous girl may go through that x

Of course we do worry about our little babies it's only natural, but please try not to stress too much she will be fine and back home before you know. As you say she is fit and healthy and this will speed the recovery for her.

Make the most of the peace and quiet and get all those little jobs done that you never have time to do. Try and pamper yourself a bit too as this will take your mind off things. Maybe a nice long soak in the bath or a lovely refreshing shower.

She will be fine

You will be fine and so will she. It's from tomorrow on you will be pulling your hair out trying to stop her jumping on the sofa etc.

Oh and then the boredom set's in. There's nothing worse than having a bored staffie that can't go walkies. It is short lived though >Big Grin<

I am sure she will be just fine, as will you Big Grin
But I am in full agreement, it is never nice leaving a dog at the vet for any reason

Hope all goes well. Try and relax. She will be fine and you can lay on the TLC when she comes home.

I hope you little girlie is recovering well - as others have said, keeping her still is the hard bit but lots of gentle walks and a treat or two and she will be fine before you know it Smile
