my girl seems small...!!
Hi guys sorry i haven,t been around much had pneumonia
Hope you and all your gorgeous dogs are well.
Quick question i know alot of us know the KC standards for adult female staffords but does anyone know i healthy aprox weight for a 6mnth old girl.
The vet seems happy with my ava 6mnths on Sunday but although she is very active and has a good appetite, she seems small too me i do have other staffies in the immediate family of similar age and they seem abit more mature in appearance, ava is all legs and her parents were both short and stocky just curious, don,t care love her as she is

Glad your feeling better. I think if your pup is healthy looking and not under/over weight I would not worry. Molly is 7 months old and is not overly big. I will weight her in a bit and let you know her weight. As long as Molly is healthy and looks healthy I dont care.

Hope you are feeling better pneumonia can be very serious ><
I wouldn't worry too much Ava may well put on a growth spurt a little later or then again may well stay on the small side. So long as she is loved and I'm sure she is why worry >< ><

Re: my girl seems small...!!
Hope you're feeling much better now. Did you stay at home or did you have to go into hospital?
I wouldn't worry about Ava's size. She's still got a lot of growing & filling out to do - she looks about right to me in the pic!

Re: my girl seems small...!!
I think you recover quicker at home as long as you don't have to do everything for yourself.
Glad you're on the mend, though.

Glad you are feeling better. I wouldn't worry about the weight either. They all go through growth spurts so she will hit hers soon enough.
