Re: Collar and lead
I would not recommend the 3 Peaks range of leads from there. We got one for Rocky and only lasted about 5 minutes. It was an elasticated one and looked like this. It came apart where it was supposed to be glued together:
Have a good look at some and let your dog try them on. Check for the stitching quality.

Re: Collar and lead
Have a look at this collar and lead set, it's nice and bright so you shouldn't be able to loose it:

Re: Collar and lead
I buy mine online - I've not been impressed with the quality of PAH collars/leads.
This is what I get...

Re: Collar and lead
Bailey is on his 3rd collar and Ive used this:
http://www.petsathome.com/shop/black-nylon-padded-medium-dog-collar-by-pets-at-home-88761
He also has a padded nylon harness which is his 2nd:
http://www.petsathome.com/shop/black-nylon-dog-harness-by-pets-at-home-14253
And a black nylon lead:
http://www.petsathome.com/shop/nylon-lead-large-black-double-padded-30532
When Bailey is off lead he's usually hanging off the lead as I carry it and there's no tooth holes or rips, so its pretty sturdy!

Re: Collar and lead
Go in and try them on Ledger had a 3peaks collar and lead to begin with both were good and still use the lead for street walking but he now has an ezy dog collar and flexi lead both off ebay and much cheaper than p@h but also ask if they have any staffy leather collars as our store keeps them behind the till

Re: Collar and lead
As soon as Tommy is big enough to fit the smallest one we will buy him an Ezydog collar , tried the Staffy coolars etc with Tilly and the best one she has had so far has been the Ezydog.
For lead we have a medium Flexi long for Tilly but don't use it that much as it becomes a pain when she is off lead most of the time, also a basic soft handled medium chain lead for her , on our 3rd now but only because my daighter keeps leaving them hanging over the banister for little teeth to get to when they are bored.
Just bought Tommy a long training lead from PAH 10 metres I think ?? PAH own brand and great for Tommy to explore but still keep him safe
