Wash your mouth out madam - sorry, had to share

Afternoon all. Sorry, just had to share this. There I was, being the dutiful housewife cleaning the bathroom. I was on the point of finishing and about to bung the towels and bathmat into the washing machine. I was conscious of Sophie coming in behind me.

I was mindful of the fact that I had an empty bleach bottle (lid on) and a scourer (for the bin) on the floor. Suddenly, Sophie grabbed something and ran with it. Afraid she had grabbed the scourer I took chase. There she was, on the settee licking her lips looking slightly embarrassed. I went to take the offending item from her when I realised she had run off with a soft, wet bar of soap.

I have returned soap to bathroom complete with impressions

She has just bitten into it and not injested any but I bet her mouth tastes foul

That will teach her. !!!

She won't do that again in a hurry! Actually, I bet she will, they can be awfully dense at times! I bet her breath smells nicer than usual!!

Soap would be one of the less offensive things Callie has tried to eat lately. (dead frog, perhaps?)
