weight concern...
i dont know if i'm over reacting, but i've always been concerned that Lola is too skinny. she eats well, is happy, bouncy, healthy, never had her to the vets other than anual health check and jabs, she's 21 months old now, the pics below were taken last week.
thoughts?
14" to shoulder
12.4 kg as of tonight

Re: weight concern...
She has a slight build, Moo is the same, people always mentioned she was too skiny, and did I feed her enough lol, but that was her build!
She has filled out a bit now she is 3 but she'll never be stocky, just slender
Happy and healthy Xx

Re: weight concern...
No looks good to me, i keep my staff very lean and his ribs are 'just' visible and has a good waist

Re: weight concern...
She just looks kind of 'teenager-ish' to me. I don't think she looks too thin, and she still has a year to fill out more!

Re: weight concern...
A bit more muscle on her and she would look better, what exercise are you doing with her right now?

In those pics she looks a little skinny, but in your avatar pic she looks great!
As said they grow for like 3 years so she has plenty of time, she doesn't look unhealthy to me she's just got a lean build!

the avatar pic was taken about a year ago
excercise is usually 10 mins chasing a tennis ball up and down the alottment in the morning (sprinting 60ft and back 4 times in a minute seems to really take it out of her...) another 20 mins or so when i come home at lunch, my mum or dad will usally have her out for a short walk or more chasing in the afternoon, and i do a mostly off lead walk for between 3 and 5 miles most evenings. weekends usually mean longer walks, but she still loves them tennis balls
BUT she's off strenuous excercise from tonight as she's developed a limp and doesnt seem comfy on one leg, so a trip to the vets next couple of days is due

Re: weight concern...
I hope the limp heals, leave her to rest for a few days, Moo gets them occasionally, think they all do, short walks and she is ok XX
