Well Holly was sniffing at the water today.. so we decided to let her have a swim... she loved the water... came out tail wagging and even went in twice..... BUT.. the nice warm shower after it....... You would have thought we were skinning her alive lol... I think the "shower" was a little to much... so next bath time I will use a large tub we take camping...
I wish I had of gotten it on video cause it sure was a sight.

She also went for a car trip to My sisters house.... to see if Titan liked her as much on his own turf...
He was good with her... followed her around and my sister made sure he was gentle with her.. he didnt even look threatened at all .. so all in all she should sleep well tonight

Well hopefully.. she sure seemed to have the doggy paddle down pat.. Dan didnt let her go tho.. he held her under the belly for the entire time.. she seems happy enough wagging her tail on the side.. so lets hope next dip is as happy.
The kids werent real sure.. i think they thought she would just swim like Jess and Titan did...

Aw bless them, it'll be no time at all before they're all splashing around together and are the best of friends. I think dogs add so much to childhood memories. I love seeing dogs and kids together, some of my favourite memories are ones with the dogs we had when we were growing up. I'd never be without a dog in my family now, thats for sure.

She is such a fast learner..
Today i had the clicker out again....
In 15 mins I had her sitting, dropping and rolling over.....

Of course she wont show daddy... makes a liar out of me... my kids did that too!

Ahhhhh yeah.. but I am a frim but fair mum lol

she isnt getting away with a thing.. she even sulked this afternoon
must have worked cause she stepped over 4 pegs in the garden without touching one of them...
I am using "leave" it every time she chews something she shouldnt and then giving her a toy... she has about 7 in the house.. and it is working.. she knows she can chew them without getting told off..
she even walked to her bed.. got her green teddy out and layed on it lol

lol

Molly is exactly like that! I'll teach her something, go to show the boyfriend and she refuses to do it again!

Lovely pics of her swimming, again, Molly's the same, she loves the sea, but hates the shower
