Took troy for his evening walk but thought a nice walk down by the river 7 insteed of our normal park. We had a great time loads of people about and dogs which we put troy on lead ever time we go close to one as his recall aint very good with dogs just wants to play and is still healling from a dog bit Sad anyway we got to a canoe hut and theres steps that go down to the water then 1 inch below the water was a ledge for the to take of from .We all walked down and troy was walking on the ledge next thing we know hes under and going down fast. OH went on his knees to grab him but couldnt reach so he went in head 1st to reach him lucky he came u with just holding his back leg me half in the water trying to drag troy out Surprised troy was abit shacken for 5 mins and OH but dont know if his phone has made the dunking Rolling Eyes

So glad Troy (and you) are ok. I know that gut wrenching feeling all too well from recent experience.

Easy to panic in a situation like that sounds like you kept cool though, the phone may dry out and be OK. I have known then to survive a dunking. Take the battery out and leave the phone to dry completely before replacing it. Then charge it up and see how it goes.

If it is trashed check home contents insurance to see if it is covered on there.

far out...how scarey!! I know only too well how you were feeling...the first time Winston went in our dam he just sank straight away and my hubby Tony had to leap in fully clothed to grab him.. scarey scarey stuff.....
It certainly didn't put Winston off though as he loves the water and can swim now..phew!!
Hope the phone will be okay...how is Troy now??

Omg that would have been so scary, glad everyone is ok. They seem to recover a lot quicker than we do after something like that.
