Worming tablets
When Zeus had his second injection, I also purchased Milbemax worming tablets from the vets. The vet at that time told me to give Zeus two tablets every two weeks until he is a year old, then every four months after that.
When I went to the same practice but a different branch (closer to me), they said I should only give two tablets once a month.
What is the correct dosage? He is 14 weeks old now

Re: Worming tablets
I've always been told that it's once a month from 8 weeks until 6 months & then every 3 months. Every two weeks seems rather excessive!

Re: Worming tablets
I have read on many vaccination cards that recommend deworming every 2 weeks as a puppy and then every 3 months after 6 months of age so I don't think it would be a problem. However, I've always just done every month (4 weeks).
I think as long as the potential worm load is not great (other dogs dewormed etc.) and you monitor their faeces for worms, then I wouldn't be too concerned and once a month will be fine.

For puppies from 2 weeks old it's every 2 weeks until 8 weeks old (some say 12 weeks) and then monthly until 6 months old & then every 3 months. So they should be wormed at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months , 6 months & then every 3 months.
