TICKS!!!!
GAHHHHHHHHHHHH They are everywhere!!!! i have found two on Romeo so far. on on his belly and then the other... on his * the poor thing. i had to go and buy all this stuff for him. Its not that i have never seen a tick before or never removed them from other animals... but just something about them has a SERIOUS ICK factor, and they are on my BABY DARLING SUNSHINE!
I just CRINGE thinking about them. when i found them i was horrified thinking he was going to die or become paralized... i watched him for hour hoping he didnt drop dead, but he seems to be ok....
AHHH oh god.. it freaks me the * out! they were so BIG, like the size of my pinki finger nail.. nasty grey bloated Phucking things!

Re: TICKS!!!!
I have been lucky that I have never found them on any of my pets. I have been unlucky that I've found them on me though! Someone we were with at the time knew how to get it off properly so I was ok, untill I googled it and found out you can get Lyme Disease from them!! I'm ok though, and it was a few years ago so I think I'll be fine! I hate google sometimes!

Re: TICKS!!!!
I hate them! I've got one of those little tick remover instruments always in the cupboard. I've only used it twice & I dropped the vile things in bleach!

Re: TICKS!!!!
You have to be carefull how you remove them. I've always heated a needle and placed it directly on the tick and removed it with tweezers. If you leave the head burried in the skin there is a risk of lyme disease.
Really only scary the first couple of times though

I used to get them on myself a good bit when I was younger as I was always away camping with my uncle never on any pets though! I'm constantly looking Bailey over after he's been running through any long grass or anything though lol!!

Re: TICKS!!!!
Moo had one and at first I thought it was a skin flap or extra nipple Until it grew and I decided I was going to pull it off, needless to say I was at the vets the next day to get the rest of it out, ooops.
Disgusting things Xx
