Just woke (I'm on night shifts not just lazy) to take Ledger for his afternoon walk and at first thought I was still in some odd dream but no! most of the visible 
has been sprayed neon orange with a 'Banksy' style pic of a dog pooping and 'clean it up' sprayed on the path next to each deposit
Well I guess that it has been done by the council (what did you do at work today dear?) but not sure what it will actually achieve as the people that let their dogs roam off lead out of sight will continue to do so.

Maybe the next step is to spray the people that don't clear it up? I could see that working!

Could the council workers be getting a bit paint happy there or have they all been sniffing the stuff, who knows ???

They tried that scheme here a year ago, no wonderr council tax is so high, paying someone to spray paint dog poo! It didn't last very long, wonder why
