Not working at the moment, but would love to retrain to be a veterinary nurse.
I used to be an administrator for Beds & Luton Fire & Rescue Service. I was surrounded by hunky firemen all day long.
What a drag

Haha i hope so! i try my best, tbh they are so strict on how we are to customers they do lots of training exercises awell, which is good. I got 100% on mystery shop last month n got chocolates and 15pounds M&S gift voucher so can't complain! but its really nice when you get customers and people like yourself saying how helpful and nice staff are really makes you feel good

While I was there I was also a casualty during first aid courses where I would regularily be fondled by firemen doing their assessment for the course. I think most of them passed

Re: What do you do for a living?
I'm still at college two days a week but my job is a support worker in a home for vulnerable adults with severe behavioural problems. Lots of bruises and abuses!
I have a fdsc in countryside management so i would love to work in a nature reserve office and do the communications and publicity stuff, which i did in my work experience.

SQL SQL SQL hear it all the time and as no IT close my eyes, some of our customers with marking machines want to communicate with these things all the time so I contract this Belgian guy to do it for me, thinking all the time why these people want to spend all this money on Squirrels I don't know

I am a Registered Nurse (not sure of the equiv in England...?) and I don't get paid enough for the abuse I've had to deal with over the years. (Especially in the Emerg dept)
I specialised in renal nursing (kidney failure and dialysis) in 1989 and now that's where I've gone back to following ED. Both have their good and bad days.
In the 90's when I first moved to FNQ I wanted to be a vet, but at the time the uni courses were only in two capital cities and I was too far away from either of them to apply
(I also thought I was getting married and having kids to grow up with Kita). How wrong was I
