people who living down south
do you see many homeless people in your town centres or do you ship them up north?
Re: people who living down south
When I lived in Bristol I didn't see as many, but obviously it's a much bigger city. But Cornwall, Totnes and especially Exeter is overrun, there's a real problem down here too

Re: people who living down south
i think this is worse then back in the late 80's early 90's you can always count on the Tories to make people homeless its written in their party rules
Re: people who living down south
Yeah it's awful, my mum works with homeless people helping them with general things and trying to find accommodation and they've been running out of resources for a while now same with the stray dogs I suppose! It's just getting out of hand really!

Re: people who living down south
I don't see many where I live but it's more of a big town rather than a city. There's quite a few in Portsmouth when I go there for shopping trips or nights out though.
It makes me very sad to think of what they must have been through to be put in that situation.
We are very lucky to have so much in comparison.

Re: people who living down south
don't see many in Hemel but that doesn't mean there isn't any. they tend to prefer places like Watford which is bigger and probably has alot more help for them.

In my town of Bedford there seem to be more in the last couple of years, I can only see it getting far worse than it currently is too.Steve wrote:do you see many homeless people in your town centres or do you ship them up north?
