carphone warehouse (UPDATE)
carphone warehouse (UPDATE)
for anyone in britain or any where that has a carphone warehouse beware they are rubbish for ordering on line. if i could swear on this forum i would be turning the air blue about now. i ordered a phone for gemma on line last thursday 15th. next day delivery it said. today is wednesday the following week and still no phone. i rang yesterday and was told the order was at picking and would be delivered today. i rang today dn teh order is still at picking. i told them to just refund my money and cancel it. this they said would take 8 working days to credit my money back nto my card. funny that it only took them 10 minutes to take it off me. i then said right get in touch with the stores and tell them i will pick one up instead. sent gemma off into town so i tried ringing the store to tell them she was coming cos its my name and didnt want any trouble on that score. they dont answer the damn phone i rang her mobile and told her to pass the phone to the guy in the shop and told him plus moaned at the phone calls and how i had to take a phone to them to get to speak to them. any hoo after all that gemma is stould in the shop getting her new phone. we are just lucky the old phones battery lasted as long as it did today it usualy runs out after an hour. so if you want a phone for next day delivery dont get it from the carphone warehouse cos they cant even tell you where it is never mind deliver the stupid thing

Re: carphone warehouse (UPDATE)
i always bought from them cos theyre phones are all unlocked we dont need another sim just the phone but i won't be getting one from them in futeure its ridiculous. then the guy said the phone is cheaper on line. i told him its the same price in the shop on this occasion. he didnt argue with me i think he knew i had had enough by the tone of my voice

Mmmmm phones for you ... strange you should say that but I popped in to our Leek shop on Saturday to have a look at the Galaxy S2 as I am due for an upgrade. The guy in he shop made me believe I could get the same deal as Orange on line shop but with a couple of extras (accessories) and a better range of free phones (phone doesnt matter as they are free and orange are free for me) when keeping the same contract as I have already.
So big question is Snog . Marry , Avoid
