Stupid camera

pete and i took the dogs to ilkley today and had a great time walking the moore. i took some pictures which are held in the cameras internal memory because i was stupid to forget to put the memory card back in. i sat here at the computer and found the USB cable for the camera plugged it in and NOTHING a big fat zilch. for soem reason it is not connecting. every thign else in the hosue will except my camera so the nice pictures will remain on the camera till i find out how to get them off

I didn't know you could take a picture without having a memory card in the camera. Did it not prompt you to insert card ???

well i had taken some pictures at a party last night and took the memory card out to put the pictures on the computer and forgot to put it back in teh camera. got to ilkley and took the first picture and was told pictures would be written to the internal memory thats when i remembered the memory card. bummmmeeerrrrr thought nothing of it because like i said i only needed to conect the camera with the USB ony it won't work

Try reinstalling the drivers for it ? Did the camera come with any software ?

Aww know how you feel hun, we went on a lovely walk around the park in todays sunshine and I forgot the b#*#y camera. All I could think about was what great pic opportunity I was missing!

i put it on when we got it but usualy i just have to put the memory card in the computer. the device is showing up on the control panel but for some reason its not connecting. i got matthew to have alook and he thinks theres a problem with the lead or one of the plugs on the end sowill find another one and try that. one of the pics is brilliant too. lottie ran throuhg a fmuddy boggy puddle and got blathered so we walked along to the stream and she bounded throuhg that like we knew she would and is now all clean
