Crufts
Is anyone watching Crufts on More4, discussing the legislation etc.
I think Claire is doing a great job on presenting the show.

Yes, I saw it. I don't know who the guy was who was talking about it & using staffs at Crufts as an example, but he did a good job.

Sad to hear about the dog that died, what went on there? Was it just too much? Thought they handled it well though.

Re: Crufts
Who won? I only watched about 10 minutes of it. Really don't like the KC. They should have some fun categories, like best costume, best smile, best legs, for unreg and mix breed dogs.

No, it died of Tracheal Paralysis - just a very unfortunate thing to happen, and nothing to do with being at a show. It could have happened anywhere.

WICKSTAFF THE HIGHWAY MAN won best of breed - a glorious looking dog!
Fun categories are for companion dog shows. There are many, many companion dog shows around & people can have great fun competing in them.

Re: Crufts
I meant who won best in show not best of breed. The sbt winner is a complete stunner, as close to perfection as I've ever seen a sbt-he looks really traditional and he's not all skinny like most of the show staffs.
Best colour combo too

Re: Crufts
Oh I see, a lhasa apso urgh one of the few breeds I can't stand AT ALL. That's not a dog its a barbie doll. Can't a proper dog win it?
If I was a billionaire I would bribe everyone to make sure a staffy won it.
